Creating a new identity and overarching branding for Hong Kong’s biggest and best Carnival!
The AIA Great European Carnival returned to Hong Kong for its third year. This year it will be bringing its traditional carnival favourites along with new and exciting attractions. The carnival runs for 59 days starting in mid-December and through into the Chinese New Year, it spans over 5000sq Ft along the Hong Kong Harbour Front and attracts over 1 Million Visitors!

We were chosen as the lead branding agency assigned to create a look of maturity and professionalism to the event through its identity.
The ‘ Key Visual ‘ captures the rides and lights accelerating with the sound of laughter, swirling through the Hong Kong skyline.
Red and Gold tones visually represent the festive time of year of Christmas but more importantly, the Chinese Lunar festivities and help attract a local and Mainland Chinese audience to the event.
A second family main creative was created to showcase daytime fun activities for families.
Both visuals were adapted by our team to appear across Trams, Taxis, Billboards / Press Advertisements and many more traditional media. We also adapted for Digital Advertising campaigns that ran across Hong Kong and China using the WeChat & Weibo platforms.
In my opinion Steven and his team are the best at what they do in Hong Kong. Always great value, endless creative ideas and execution on time, every time.
