OneEssential – Physiotherapy clinic in Hong Kong
Partnering with a newly developed physiotherapy clinic was a new challenge, having not worked in this business sector before. Being a city awash with all manner of rehab clinics, health & wellness centres, as well as traditional medicine and sports physios, the task of standing out from the crowd was top of the pile.
We set off on a Startup branding package with an additional social media campaign and management service for the first three months of operation. Check out below the range of materials we produced for OneEssential!

Creating an impactful yet professional & trusting brand
When creating a brand for any business it’s important to think about application and setting up a good grounding for all the different areas you may wish you apply your branding to. From the get go we knew we wanted two versions of the logo, a written-out version and a logo mark that would eventually become synonymous with quality, a professional approach and a top rate facitily.

Our job was to take this vision and translate that into a brand that reflects the values of OneEssential.
Professional photography to capture active treatment and the spacious environment
High-class photography was an element we stressed was incredibly important to the client. Photography can either make or break a startup business with how you capture the environment you’re working in, the products you’re selling, or the story you’re trying to tell. We shot hundreds of photos over 4 hours to give ourselves a pool of photos to select for the website & social media marketing.
Firstly we wanted to capture the clean, inviting space that OneEssential had built. Secondly, we tried to connect to customers by showing them the professional treatment, rehab and services the team is offering.

Developing a Social Media Strategy for the OneEssential team to execute
Social media marketing was a large part of how OneEssential connected with their customers and highlighted key elements of their business. Once the branding exercise was complete, we built a posting strategy focusing on six different company topics the team could generate content for quickly and effectively.
Developing a set of Social media templates for consistent, flexible posting.
Keeping up with a social media account is hard enough, but when you have multiple platforms to manage, planning is the only way to execute an effective strategy. We developed six templates using Canva so the team at OneEssential could quickly insert their content depending on which day of the week it was. We designed a layout for their Instagram Grid to keep the profile looking organised and professional to visitors.
Promotional Video
We directed a series of short promotional videos for One Essential focusing on three different topics. They were used across the website and as social media marketing videos.
WordPress Web Design
OneEssential needed a new, fully responsive website to connect with users and deliver important information about the services they provide. Developed in WordPress, the website gave the speed and flexibility needed to align the physical location with its online presence.
