Lidl Hong Kong needed a recruitment campaign to attract graduates into joining their company.
Lidl Hong Kong is a growing and dynamic company at the forefront of global consumer trends.
We worked closely with the HR team to research and put a campaign strategy together for the client and then brought in our creative writing partners.
The final campaign was recognised for its uplifting and engaging message, and we recently won a Bronze Summit Creative Award for our work and followed up this work with supplying the client with numerous marketing materials for their business.
Our “Open Minds Open Doors”, recruitment campaign targets fresh Hong Kong graduates.
Color & Material
Our heritage is important to us. That’s why our colour palette is based on our logo. In our employer branding, we combine our colours so that we communicate in exactly the same way we interact with our employees: fair, high-performance, and dynamic. That’s how we create a look that attracts attention and is recognizable and credible
We needed to interview people across the Lidl business to understand what would be attractive to fresh graduates?
We then had to formulate a clear strategy and plan to roll out a well thought creative campaign.
We strategically launched a graduate campaign targetting the major Hong Kong Universities.
Working with our partners and engaging the full creative team at ipulse, we rolled out the campaign across a series of University roadshows. We designed a booth that could be reused, posters, brochures, leaflets an inspiring recruitment video and a full bag of giveaways we designed and sourced giving the client a full 360 service.
