Creating a British cafe brand which gives customers a unique experience.
“We are a family-owned café and coffee shop in Balsall Common. Our aim is to do 2 things – Good Service and Good Food.
When ipulse met the new owners the vision was there for a business that was tired looking both inside and out, we were commissioned to rebrand the business from top to bottom and bring the new vision to life!

The brand identity is hand-drawn so it appears welcoming and we added a strapline which we feel captures the experience, “Small Place, Big Taste”
Rebrand a sleepy English village cafe into a city-style bistro.
Collectively we wanted to create a brand that everyone in the village would be excited to see appear and want to embrace.
The colour was a key decision and the less is more approach was decided upon as we started the project.
The brand is easily transferable across all media touchpoints.
We rolled the brand out across a full suite of in-store digital displays, uniforms, coffee cups as well as menu and takeaway menus and business cards, we also helped the cafe relaunch with some marketing materials and created a fully-responsive WordPress website.
